Oriental Water Colors Quilt COMPLETE from Wedding Dress Blue

I found the pattern idea in June 2023 American Patchwork and Quilting Magazine. You can get the single pattern HERE.

The ripple effect of the pattern immediately caught my attention, and I had a bundle of straight cut 1/3-yard oriental fabrics.

Twenty blocks later I had a 60″ x 75″ quilt. Not bad!

It has been gifted to a coworker. Always fun to see the astonished look when you walk up to someone without any warning and say, “Here. Have a quilt.”

Arabella's Garden from Sew Preeti Quilts

I designed Arabella's Garden for the Island Batik's Spring Summer 2022 Catalog using Bee Kind, a Spring 2022 signature collection designed by Kathy Engle for Swan Sheridan of Swan Amity Studios.

There are 20 gorgeous fabrics in the collection. Arabella's Garden uses 15 of them plus Almond (Island Batik Neutral), as the background.

Even the Monster is cute :-D
